If you receive an "invalid purchase code" message, it can indicate the following:
- The purchase code has been flagged as invalid by our detection system.
- Our system has detected that the purchase code has already been used on another website.
- There may be temporary downtime with the API server (in such cases, you can retry after a few minutes).
If you are certain that your purchase code is accurate and has not been utilized on other websites, please submit a support ticket and make sure to attach your purchase code for further assistance.
